Rallies cancelled for second year but Quds day shines on

The Quds day rallies were cancelled for a second year in a row, due to the COVID 19 pandemic. But that cannot cancel the Day and its significance.Quds day, the annual commemoration of the plight of Palestine, is held on the last Friday of the Muslim fasting month of Ramadan, which fell on May the 7nd this year.

The commemoration is not a passive ceremony, but to keep Muslims alert to action they may have to take, to help their brothers, and in self-help.

Volumes and volumes have been written over the decades on the plight of Palestine yet things have only gotten worse for the Palestinians.

Is that because the international community lacks the will to do anything about it, or because it’s failed in its efforts to resolve the Palestinian crisis?

Why on earth would all efforts fail with so many Arab countries on the world stage?

Perhaps it is due to there being too many artificially produced Arab states since the unconventional division of Arabia.
