Houthi: Persian Gulf states’ money flowing to US must be used to stop Gaza genocide

A high-ranking Yemeni official denounced certain Persian Gulf states for striking multi-billion-dollar deals with US President Donald Trump during his recent tour of the region, stressing that financial gains from such agreements must be used to stop the ongoing Israeli genocidal war on Gaza.

“The money flowing from [Persian] Gulf countries to the US should at the very least be used to halt the genocide in Gaza, and allow humanitarian aid in,” said Mohammad Ali al-Houthi, a member Yemen’s Supreme Political Council.

He added that Trump’s four-day tour of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and the United Arab Emirates this week was about extortion and money-grabbing than about development of those countries.
