Erdogan calls Netanyahu ‘new hitler’, urges muslim unity at OIC summit

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan urged Muslim countries to unite during a special meeting of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) held in Istanbul. He warned that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu is acting like “a new Hitler,” dragging the entire region toward chaos and destruction.

Erdogan condemned Israel’s recent airstrikes on Iran, saying they violate international law and regional peace. He accused Netanyahu’s government of repeatedly attacking Gaza, Yemen, Libya, Syria, and now Iran. Erdogan emphasized that Turkey firmly stands with the Iranian people and that Israel’s actions pose a direct threat to global peace.

He added that now is the time for Muslim countries to put aside political differences and come together. “This is not just a conflict between two nations. It’s a fight for the future of the region,” Erdogan said. He also urged the international community to step in and stop Israel’s aggression through diplomacy and pressure.
