OIC declares Israel’s attacks on Gaza, Iran unacceptable

Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Secretary General Hissein Brahim Taha on Saturday condemned Israel’s aggression against Iran and Gaza, calling it unacceptable.
Addressing a special session of the OIC Council of Foreign Ministers, he emphasized that, according to UN resolutions, every nation has the right to self-defense and stressed the urgent need for a peaceful resolution to the Iran-Israel conflict.
Meanwhile, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, in his speech at the same forum, issued a strong rebuke of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, stating that “Netanyahu is trying to lead the entire region toward destruction like Hitler once did.” He stressed that Muslim unity is the need of the hour, urging nations to set aside internal disputes and come together.
