Islamic Tehreek Pakistan Skardu District Marks 46th Foundation Day with Resolute Ceremony

Islamic Tehreek Pakistan’s Skardu District held a significant ceremony to commemorate the party’s 46th Foundation Day. The event took place under the leadership of the district chapter, with the President of Anjuman-e-Imamia Baltistan, Agha Baqir Hussain Al-Hussaini, serving as the chief guest.

Prominent personalities addressing the gathering included Agha Baqir Hussain Al-Hussaini, Deputy Imam of Friday Prayers Sheikh Jawad Hafizi, President of Islamic Tehreek Skardu District Sheikh Hassan Falsafi, General Secretary Sheikh Ahmed Turabi, President of Gamba Skardu Sheikh Sarwar Mir, and Islamic Tehreek candidate for Constituency 2, Shabbir Hafizi.

Speaking at the event, the leaders underscored that national integrity is a fundamental part of their faith. They stressed that Pakistan’s commitment to peace should not be mistaken for weakness, and pledged to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the country’s armed forces, ready to make any sacrifice for the defense of the nation.

The speakers also expressed serious concerns over attempts by foreign-backed elements to seize Pakistan’s mountains and lands, vowing to resist such efforts with full force. “We are prepared to give everything Pakistan genuinely needs,” they said, “but we will not contribute even a stone to fill the treasuries of corrupt rulers.”

Recalling historic victories, particularly the 1948 war and the 1999 Kargil conflict, the leaders declared that if India imposes war once again, they are ready to deliver a fitting and powerful response.

The event reflected a spirit of unity, patriotism, and unwavering determination to safeguard Pakistan’s sovereignty against both internal and external threats.
