Pakistani Religious Leader Condemns Modi, Alleges Hindutva Conspiracy

Allama Syed Ahmed Iqbal Rizvi, Vice Chairman of Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen Pakistan (MWM), has issued a strong statement condemning Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, accusing him of promoting a “Hindutva mentality” and alleging his involvement in violence against Muslims.

Rizvi referred to Modi as “the god of RSS and the murderer of Gujarat,” alluding to the 2002 Gujarat riots. He asserted that Modi’s “hands are stained with the blood of thousands of innocent Muslims.”

Rizvi also stated that recent incidents were a product of this “Hindutva mentality” and that Modi is “reviving Hitler’s thinking in today’s India.”

Furthermore, Rizvi criticized the Indian government’s actions in occupied Kashmir, claiming that it has “openly violated the United Nations resolutions” and “taken away the basic human rights of the Kashmiri people.”

Rizvi finished his statement by saying “This homeland is ours, we are its protectors and are ready to make every sacrifice to protect it.”

It is important to note that the Majlis Wahdat Muslimeen (MWM) is a political party in Pakistan. 1 And they are a shia political organization.
