Saudi Arabia’s General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque in Mecca and the Prophet’s Mosque in Medina is set to unveil its most expansive operational plan to date for the upcoming Hajj season, with a formal announcement scheduled for Thursday, (10 Dhu Al Qa’dah, 1446 AH).
Described as the largest enrichment-focused plan since the introduction of new regulatory frameworks, this year’s strategy centres on pilgrim-oriented services, aiming to accommodate the millions of worshippers expected during Hajj.
The plan seeks to elevate the sacred journey through artificial intelligence tools, smart technologies, and a wide range of digital platforms designed to guide pilgrims with ease, clarity, and comfort.
